Xmas at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The best aspects of this hotel were none. The location was decent as we had good access to the rest of the city, but that's about it. The room we got was supposed to accommodate three people, but it was way too small and claustrophobic. The bathroom was a downright mess with broken fixtures and door latches that don't close properly. The only thing we liked about our stay was the TV, which was kind of entertaining, but that's about it.

The worst aspects of our stay at this hotel were that we booked and paid in advance for 7 rooms, but only got 5. We had to beg and plead with the receptionist to give us another room, and had to be moved to another hotel eventually.

Some issues with our check-in experience left a sour taste in our mouths. We had booked seven rooms in advance and only received five, with linens that were not up to par.
